Service Record & Scope Limitation
This report records the cleaning work actually performed by Skykleen Management Services on the service date and the visual condition of areas accessible during that service. Only items expressly listed under “Areas Cleaned / Work Completed” are represented as completed. Areas recorded as not completed, inaccessible or unsafe are excluded from the completed scope.
This report is a cleaning service record. It is not an engineering, electrical, mechanical, structural, building-code or fire-safety certification and does not certify concealed or inaccessible parts of the exhaust system. Any statement of compliance with a specific Australian Standard, fire-safety requirement, lease requirement, manufacturer requirement or authority requirement should only be made where that requirement has been separately assessed and verified by a competent or authorised person where required.
The next service due date is a maintenance scheduling recommendation based on the selected service interval. A shorter interval may be required by the site's actual grease load, risk assessment, landlord, insurer, manufacturer, authority, contract or applicable legal requirement.
